twoplus Fertility is a personal health tracking tool designed to help users monitor their menstrual cycles and ovulation. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

4. Accuracy of Predictions

Cycle and ovulation predictions are estimates based on data you provide. twoplus does not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction. The app should not be used as a contraceptive method or as a substitute for clinical fertility assessment.

5. Verified Purchase Features

Certain features — including insemination date suggestions, applicator reminders, and LH strip reminders — are available only to users who have verified a twoplus Ovulation Pro Read purchase. Verification is subject to our purchase validation process.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software within the twoplus Fertility app are the property of twoplus and may not be reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, twoplus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its predictions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
